This shaded Green tea is also known as Kabuse-cha, meaning shaded tea.
Okuro presents refreshingly rich depth, savory cladded pleasing umami. Lightly steamed to preserve depth and flavors, this tea presents complex flavors we expect from delicate high grade Gyokuro.

Hot brew: 4g : 120ml. 75c 180s.
Cold brew: 4g : 120ml. 24 - 48hrs. Simply add water to tea, then refrigerate.
